Maharashtra has been a battle ground of powers that be of ancient times. It has forts that got built along this time line but majotity of forts that we see were built by famous Maratha King Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Indian desert extends to three states. They are Rajasthan, Gujarat and a bit in Haryana. Rajasthan and Gujarat are great destinations with grand palaces, culture and colour rilled into one.

Our North Eastern states combine majestic hills with and without snow, fast moving as well as wide slow rivers and a landscape which rapidly switches for from plains to might hills. They have distinct culture, clothing, food and dances.

India is acountry bestowed with all kind of terrains and weather through the years. Himalayan mountains stretch across the states of J and K, Himanchal, Uttranchal, Bengal as also our North Eastern states. Many world class skiing slops are available in oir mountains.

India is the land of Buddha. Buddhist stupas, viharas, etc are spread across multiple states of India. Places like Bodhgaya, Sanchi, Sarnath are world famous attractions.

With a 7000 km coastline, India has hundreds of beaches along its peninsular south. Goa beaches have attrected tourists for many years but they are not the only ones, there is a huge range to choose on our western and eastern shores.
